Our project with government and industry leaders in Chihuahua, Mexico is creating a roadmap for a strong e-mobility ecosystem.
This is why we at WDI are excited to partner with Frente Norte and the State of Chihuahua to develop a roadmap that not only points out the challenges on the horizon, but also considers how companies and communities can flourish as a result of the transition.

- Study Visit to Michigan
- Hosted a weeklong study visit in June 2024 to Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan for a group of 16 high-level business, government, and academic leaders from Chihuahua.
- Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEV) Academic Partnership Program (supported by the U.S. Embassy in Mexico)
- Supported 14 engineering faculty members from universities in Chihuahua in ZEV training, research, and innovation through virtual training sessions, in-person technical training and study visit, and ideas showcase.
